By accessing or using RDTB.CC ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of rdtb.cc.

What the Service Does

RDTB.CC is a browser-based utility that helps users retrieve download links for videos hosted on RedTube. The Service does not host, store, transcode, or distribute any video content. All video files are delivered directly from RedTube's servers to your device. RDTB.CC is a convenience tool only.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using RDTB.CC, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. The Service is intended for adults only given the nature of content on RedTube. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use this Service.

The Service may only be used for lawful personal purposes. Specifically, you may use RDTB.CC to:

• Download videos for personal offline backup and private viewing
• Save content you are legally permitted to access

Intellectual Property

Videos downloadable through this Service are the property of their respective creators and rights holders. RDTB.CC does not claim any ownership over downloaded content. Downloading a video does not grant you any rights to that content beyond private personal viewing. You are solely responsible for how you use any downloaded material.

The RDTB.CC name, logo, and website code are owned by RDTB.CC. You may not reproduce or repurpose them without permission.

DMCA and Copyright

RDTB.CC does not host any video content. If you believe content accessible through this Service infringes your copyright, your remedy is with the platform hosting the content (RedTube / MindGeek), not with RDTB.CC. We are not a hosting provider and are not subject to DMCA safe harbor takedown obligations with respect to third-party hosted content.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RDTB.CC AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
